He began his tenure at Oneida Floor in 1981 while attending college, working afternoons part-time in the showroom as a salesman, and stepping in where needed. Steve essentially learned the business from the warehouse up. He now serves as President, Project Manager, Estimator, and still keeps a toe in the retail side, where his knowledge is priceless.

Keith Joslyn
Keith Joslyn, our Warehouse Manager and Logistics Guru, has been with Oneida Floor since January of 2019. Initially hired as an installer, he began making deliveries shortly thereafter. Soon, it was realized that Keith not only enjoyed working hard, but possesses many talents. He now oversees receiving and material warehousing between 4 warehouses, logistics and prepping of material for transportation to jobsites, carpentry, and he still delivers when needed! His job covers ground in more ways than one, as he routinely logs about 13,000 steps in a day’s work which translates to about 6.9 miles.
Bryan Buchholz
Bryan is one of our newest team members. He unloads shipments from our vendors, and delivers materials to our customers. He serves as Keith’s right hand man, and assists in material movement within our warehouses.
Mike Ciccone
Mike Ciccone, began working for Oneida Floor in March 2000 as an installer, and was eventually promoted to the Superintendent of our flooring installation team. Despite his position as Superintendent, he still continues to work shoulder-to-shoulder with his men, but now serves as the link between the office and the installation team. Mike takes pride in his and his team’s workmanship, enjoys interacting with our customers, and loves that his job takes him to new places in the beautiful central New York region. A fun bit of trivia about Mike is that his roots to flooring go back to his childhood. Mike’s father was also a flooring installer, and would routinely bring Mike on jobs with him, with his first time being on a flooring job was when he was six!
