About The Owners

In December of 2020, Tim & Michelle Linck became the newest owners of Oneida Floor and Dick Tile. Both have spent their entire professional careers in the building & construction trade. Tim had a 25+ year career at Murnane Building Contractors, first as a union carpenter advancing to Senior Project Management. Michelle, an architect, practiced her trade while raising their children.  She eventually joining Tim at Murnane, where her role was that of Office Manager at the growing firm.

Now as business owners, they continue to work side-by-side at Oneida Floor & Dick Tile where they apply their combined talent and expertise to grow a long-time family-owned business. Their investment is an asset to our greater community, because local businesses make Utica unique!
